Travel Dates

The workshop will be two full days, so you should plan to arrive on March 9 and to leave March 11 in the evening or on March 12. You will be reimbursed for up to three nights of accommodation (March 9-12).

Check-in time at the workshop hotel is 3:00 pm.

Airport

You should fly into William P. Hobby airport (HOU). Do not fly into George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), you will have difficulties getting to the workshop venue in Clearlake.

Transportation from the Airport to the Hotel

The Clear Lake Shuttle Bus & Limo Servcie can be reached at (281) 333-3873 or (281) 334-3873 to arrange for transportation to and from the William P. Hobby Airport. You may have to leave a message.

Hotel Reservations

Please contact the Hilton Houston NASA Clearlake to make room reservations. A block of rooms has been reserved for a special NASA government rate. The group name is NASA/NSF Workshop and the group code is NNW. Please be sure to mention this when making your reservation.
